2. Custom-Made Products & Disclaimer

All products offered at Boxverse.co are custom-made to order.

• Production Process: Because each item is personalized, production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

• Cancellations: Due to the bespoke nature of our items, orders cannot be canceled or modified once the production process has commenced.

• Final Sale: Custom-made items are final sale and non-refundable unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. Minor variations due to technical limitations (e.g., slight color shifts from digital screens) are not considered defects.

3. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Payment must be cleared in full before we commence production.

• Accuracy: You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Production vs. Transit: Please note that production times (4–6 weeks for custom items) are separate from shipping transit times. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are transit estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Risk of Loss: Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Boxverse.co and/or our licensors. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

6. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Boxverse.co. You expressly release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.
