Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Minimum Order Value To ensure the best experience with our premium gift boxes, we have a minimum order value of £50. Orders below this amount will not be processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at support@boxverse.co

· We process and prepare all orders within 1–2 business days before shipment.
  During the Christmas season, order volume increases significantly, which may cause            slight  shipping delays.
· We kindly recommend our customers to place orders early to ensure your  package             arrives on time.
